A mobile game studio start-up founded in 2020
Built and directed a team of experience designers out of Argentina
Defined the UX and UI style and system for all Big Run Studios’ game IPwhich was implemented across 5+ games
Lead development of a rapid UI building framework in Unity so the team could skip wire framing and easily iterate on UX in production, allowing the team to get games to market faster

Lead product design and art direction for a brand new game, Monopoly GO, a head-to-head real-time fast pace adaptation of the classic
Managed a German Based XFN design team of 10 that included UX designers, UI designers, artists, & tech artists
Developed an execution process for rapid iteration and design quality for an intercontinental team

An industry leading game studio that changed the trajectory of the casual gaming industry and lead the modern perception that everyone is a gamer
Built and managed the Mafia Wars 2 design team from prototype to launch, a mobile MMO with innovative game play built on a beloved Zynga IP
Designed the UX vision, best practices and UI style guides for Mafia Wars 2, later used as references company wide
Maximized team output by driving unification of XFN development from spec to production
Directed art pipe line for marketing, logo and app store assets
